had our orientation today. it was nice to see the other exchange students! got to know the people from NTU, 6 of them and we had dinner together together with a girl from NUS and her roomie, a Thai at AIKIKO near cote-de-neighs metro station. The food was quite good! and it wasn’t TOO ex. maybe it’s cuz we’re all so hungry, having waited really long for the food. They really generous with their veg. haha.
yea.. the Singaporeans are sticking together. but it’s really nice having people understand you and whom you understand without having to strain yours ears or repeat yourself a few times.
yes yes, i can just hear some of you. it’s an exchange, i’ll get to know other people from other places! but in the meantime, it feels gd to stick to comfort zone. it’s only the first day!
